Thinking doesn’t always help you decide

  • I’ve been turning a change over in my head for a while, but I still don’t see it clearly

  • I have several options in mind, and none of them quite settles into place

  • I know deciding like this won’t help… and I’m still stuck

Here, we work together to lower the noise, sort what’s currently tangled, and see—calmly—what the next step could be.

When the noise won’t let you move forward

When someone lands here, they rarely arrive with a clear question.

More often, they come with a vague feeling: mental fatigue, doubts that repeat, options that won’t quite line up.

Sometimes it’s a job change. Other times, it’s a project that no longer feels the same.

The context may differ, but the pattern repeats:
too much information, too many loops… and not enough clarity to decide calmly.

It’s not a lack of talent or experience. And it’s almost never a lack of effort.

It’s noise.

  • You’ve been holding important decisions for a while

  • There are several possible paths, but none of them fully fits

  • The context has changed faster than the way you’re looking at it

  • You’re tired of deciding alone

Óscar de Miguel Bandín

Who’s behind this process

My name is Óscar de Miguel Bandín, and I support people who are right at this point: when thinking hard no longer helps, and deciding alone starts to feel heavy.

I’ve spent many years building companies, working with teams, and making decisions in uncertain contexts.

I’ve lived my own career changes, projects that grew, others I had to let go, and moments when clarity didn’t come on its own.

That’s where Resolvent comes from: not as a company or a closed method, but as a space to think better when the context gets complicated.

Most of the time, we don’t need someone to tell us what to do.

What truly helps is having someone by your side who listens closely, asks the right questions, and brings structure when everything feels mixed together.

My way of working blends experience, an analytical lens, and a very human presence.

Not to push decisions, but to create the space needed to make them calmly and with meaning.

This support is not therapy or motivational coaching.

I don’t work from clinical psychology, and I don’t offer quick answers or universal formulas.

I support professional and business processes through reflection, strategy, and respect for each person’s timing.

If a situation calls for a different kind of deeper support, I’ll say so clearly.
Caring for boundaries is part of doing this well.

If you recognize yourself in what you’ve read so far, you probably don’t need more information—you need a space to think with support.

In the next section, I’ll show you how we work together and what you can expect from the process.

What we work on in the process

Everyone arrives here with a different story.

Some are considering a job change.
Others are redefining a project that no longer feels the same.

The context changes, but the starting point is often the same:
understanding what’s really going on, sorting the options, and seeing—clearly—what the next step could be.

From there, the work usually moves through three moments.

Not rigid steps or a standard process—just a way to structure the conversation and not lose what matters along the way.

1

Diagnosis

Putting words to what doesn’t fit right now.

Understanding the full context—without rushing or jumping to solutions.

2

Strategy

Exploring options with clear criteria.

Seeing what matters, what adds, and what’s better left out before deciding.

3

Forward motion

Taking real steps that fit where you are right now.

Moving without rushing—and without losing your balance.

The goal isn’t to move fast. It’s to move with meaning.

This process always starts with a first conversation.

It’s a calm space, with no commitment, to understand your situation, lower the noise, and see whether it makes sense to work together.

How the support takes shape

Every process is different, because everyone arrives at a different moment.

That’s why I don’t work with fixed packages or standard solutions.
The options below are simply a reference to understand how we usually work together.

Individual sessions

Designed to gain perspective, unblock a specific decision, or work through a particular moment in the process.

One session—or a few.

€90
per session (1h 30m)

The support process

Adapted to your pace and your moment in life. We plan each next step together, revisiting what matters in each session.

6 to 8 weeks.

€500 to €750
Tailored to each case

Extended support

For more complex processes: deeper career changes or projects that need time, perspective and continuity.

About 3 months.

€1,500
Tailored to each case

In any case, the first conversation is always free and with no commitment.

It’s meant to understand your situation, see whether this kind of support fits you, and decide together what form of work makes the most sense.

This isn’t about fitting you into a plan. It’s about shaping a process that makes sense for you.

It’s a calm space, with no commitment, to understand your situation, lower the noise, and see whether it makes sense to work together.

If you’ve made it this far, you probably already know you don’t need more information—you need a calm conversation to sort through where you are.

Stories of people
I’ve supported

These are examples of career-change and decision-making processes

Every story is different, but the starting point is often the same: the need to pause, understand, and move forward with more clarity.

Irene, 30

From the arts to event management

Irene came from the music world and studied event management.
We worked together to sort options, connect her skills, and help her start her path as a professional organizer.

Iván, 42

Founder in the hospitality space

He loved his industry but felt frustrated because he needed a technical partner to keep growing.
I became an advisor to help him choose the right technical companions for the journey.

Carla, 46

Former strategy director, founder

After many years of experience, she left a leadership role to build her own project. Even though she’d worked with other entrepreneurs, my support helped her prioritize faster and learn how to run a company from zero.

Sometimes, people who’ve been through it explain it better than I do.

«I worked with Óscar over four months. In a very natural way—almost just talking—we prioritized ideas, organized them, and turned them into concrete action plans, with goals, timelines, and KPIs. Yes, it sounds very “startup” or “business,” but in the end, our life projects deserve that same approach too.

Óscar is not a coach, not a psychologist, and definitely not someone with magic formulas. He has a lot of experience in the business world and knows how to apply that knowledge to support people who want to reinvent themselves, start something new, or find new professional challenges. Sometimes we just need a clear mind with vision to help us bring order, gain perspective, and design that next step that’s so hard to take.»

Lucía

Career change and project redefinition

If you recognize yourself in any of these stories, your situation is probably not that different.

Support isn’t about magic solutions—it’s about thinking better when deciding feels hard.

Let’s talk calmly

If you’ve made it this far, you’re probably not looking for quick answers—you’re looking for a space to think more clearly.

This first conversation is simply that: pausing for a moment, sorting what’s currently tangled, and seeing whether I can be useful to you at this point.

  • The first conversation lasts about 30 minutes and is free.
  • It’s a calm chat to understand your situation. It’s not a commitment.
  • It’s about meeting and deciding—calmly—whether it makes sense to move forward together.

I’d like to share what I’m trying to change
